  • The Fromagerie du Pré La Combe transforms milk into traditional mountain cheeses (ripened tommes, raclette, faisselle, etc.). The milk comes from the GAEC Le Gâ organic farm in St Bonnet.

  • The GAEC Le Gâ has chosen a breeding method as close as possible to the cycles of nature. Concerned about the environment, we have opted for organic farming, and our 40-strong dairy herd benefits from pasture grass, and in winter from hay harvested on the farm (STG Lait de foin). Self-service sales in the D'PAYSAN lockers in Chabottes.
