Between the village of Orcières and the hamlet of Prapic, overlooking the valley and facing the mountains, a gîte in a traditional Champsaur house. Gîte in independent house with terrace and large private land. Gite on the ground floor of the building, on one level, with large living room of 30 m² opening onto the terrace. Fully equipped open fitted kitchen, dining area. Large bedroom with lounge area and double bed. As an extension of the bedroom, sleeping area (8 m² alcove bedroom - without window), with double beds and 1 single bunk bed. Shower room-wc with large shower tray. From the adjoining outdoor space, views of the mountains and direct access to hiking trails. Outdoor area furnished with garden furniture and barbecue. Electric heating with pellet wood stove (provided). Access to cross-country ski trails 2 km away and downhill ski trails 7 km away. From the gîte: hiking trails, many leisure activities nearby: lake (5 km away), mountain biking, snowshoeing, skiing, horse riding ..). Baby equipment available. Storage room for equipment and bicycles with washing machine. Sheets and towels provided, possibility of cleaning service at the end of the stay.
