Arranged over 2 levels, the accommodation has a terrace and private land with reserved parking. The large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area opens onto the terrace and onto a south-facing balcony. Mountain atmosphere with wood joinery and enhancement of local architecture. Heating is provided by a wood stove (pellets provided) and by an integrated electric heater. One of the bedrooms is on the first level (1 double bed) and 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 3 single beds 90 cm including a pull-out bed in the small bedroom). A bathroom and a separate toilet are located on the 1st level and a bathroom-WC upstairs. Garden furniture, barbecue on the terrace. Independent entrance by internal staircase. Internet connection.
