On the outskirts of the Écrins National Park, at the entrance to the hamlet of Bénévent and close to wide open spaces, it is in an old renovated 19th century farmhouse, located near a suckler cow farm, that Laurence and Pierre the owners will be pleased to welcome you. The "Julia" gîte is located in a semi-detached house with year-round accommodation. It has an independent entrance and consists of two levels. On the ground floor: spacious living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and relaxation area as well as a shower room-WC. Upstairs under vaults: a spacious mezzanine offering a sleeping area with a double bed (160*200cm) connecting to a bedroom with two single beds (90*190cm). A small balcony is also at your disposal and offers you an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains. Enjoy the calm and the view of the surrounding mountains from the furnished terrace or the lawned area in front of the entrance to the gîte and facing south. Private parking in front of the cottage. Heating via woodchip boiler. Many discovery or outdoor activities on site or in the surrounding area: hiking, mountain biking, organized lake (swimming and nautical activities 10 km away), fishing, horse riding, golf and ski resorts of Chaillol and Laye. 3 km away is the village of St Bonnet-en-Champsaur with all the shops and amenities necessary for your stay.
